    "heDesc": "\"אֲהֵבוּךָ עַד מָוֶת\" הוא ספר עיון רב־תחומי הדן בסוגיית ״קידוש השם״ שמופיעה בתלמוד הבבלי במסכת סנהדרין, ובספר המצוות להרמב״ם. ״קידוש השם״  היא מצות עשה מהתורה המחייבת כל יהודי למסור את נפשו במקרים של ״יהרג ובל יעבור״; שפיכות דמים, עבודה זרה וגילוי עריות. ספר זה דן בעיקר באספקטים התיאולוגיים והפילוסופיים של המצווה כמו עמידתה בפני השכל הישר והמוסר הטבעי, אך יש בו גם עיון בצד ההלכתי ובפרטי המצווה. ״אֲהֵבוּךָ עַד מָוֶת״ נכתב ע״י הרב שמעון גרשון רוזנברג (המכונה גם: הרב שג״ר) ויצא לאור בעברית בשנת 2004. כבשאר ספריו, הרב שג״ר כותב בסגנון פוסט-מודרני, ומשלב בכתיבתו מחקרים אקדמיים עם פירושים רבניים מסורתיים.",
