The last of the series I used was 10, but she ended up feeling very "formal", not really ideal for casual contemporary roleplay, now that Flammen turned 18...X, I'm coping for the best again :'3
That DPO dataset by the Chaotic folks is great.
I agree she's often too verbose. From my initial testing of this finetune, it really seems to have improved responses in a chat/roleplay context. I've found that less is more with prompting though, long prompts will get long story-like replies, but short prompts highlighting key points seem to work well.
Yep, great dataset. I hope to make my own DPO sets in the near future.
