condensed the scraper into the main app file. change api keys config to use toml. clean up of aws files as will no longer be deploying there

made the output more verbose by skipping final summarization (will add as option)

implemented gradio for main function. works good

developed a good system for dealing with the large amount of comments. The resulting summaries appear to be pretty good
