+If one wants to veneer the housing, for example, the recess of the speaker must be adjusted accordingly, since the veneer adds more material.
+After all the panels have been cut to size (e.g. in the hardware store), you should first drill an 8 mm hole in the base plate at the appropriate location to be able to easily route the cable through it later.
+Using a router, the speaker opening is now made in the front so that the B 100 - 6 OHM can be flush-mounted later.
+On the back side, this opening should be provided with a 45° chamfer to make the opening area of the speaker chassis inside as large as possible.

+After the housing has been cleaned of wood dust (vacuuming / blowing out), the cable laying process begins.
+The easiest way to achieve this is through the 35 mm bass reflex opening in the rear wall.
+In doing so, push the entire and uncut cable piece by piece through the 8 mm hole in the base up to the terminal opening and let it protrude about 30 cm there.
+In the upper part of the housing, guide the cable to the speaker opening and let it hang loosely there as well.
+The following prepares and implements the crossover.

+Once the crossover is installed and the connection terminal is screwed in, the sealing of the 8 mm cable opening inside the box follows, which is not yet completely closed.
+Through the 35 mm bass reflex opening and with a little skill, you can let hot glue drip onto the opening and seal it this way.
+Through the opening of the B 100 - 6 OHM and with a small lamp, the sealing can be checked accordingly.
+Now follows the damping according to the description.
+Subsequently, the B 100 - 6 OHM is connected and tightened with the corresponding screws.
+The polarity plays an important role here, so that the positive lead (marked cable) must be soldered to the positive pole of the speaker (larger contact).
+In the end, the bass reflex tube is cut to the specified length of 28 mm (total length of the tube) and inserted.
+To dampen, a mat of damping material is cut into two parts and loosely distributed in the housing.
+The opening around the bass reflex port should be kept clear.
