Dummy EDS-NLP NER model

This model was trained on the DEFT 2020 Track 3 dataset, but it's main purpose is to test the integration of EDS-NLP with the Hugging Face Hub.

This model is not currently available via any of the supported Inference Providers.

The model cannot be deployed to the HF Inference API: The HF Inference API does not support token-classification models for edsnlp library.
