The code worked as it was in the instructions, but the pre-trained model could not be imported.

There has been a refactoring in diffusers that did not apply to the SR model
I opened a bug: https://github.com/huggingface/diffusers/issues/7418
The PR was merged. Its not yet in the new version of diffusers but if you install from source its working :)
