Not an open model so third parties cannot distribute it
It is not against the TOS.
The Commercial Use term here means that selling the model is explicitly allowed, it does not restrict selling at a price greater than $0—meaning someone could technically sell it for $0 (free of charge) while still complying with the license.
You can't earn buzz here for making random reports.
