Thanks a lot for sharing this great work and I have a lot of fun playing with it.
I found an issue in the response: After I upload a video clip and start the conversation, the model always gives the same answer to all my queries. Do I need to change the settings via the sliders or change the config.json file? I have played with other models in the same series, like InterVL2-4B, and the model can give different responses if I change my queries.

We mistakenly passed in a variable in the huggingface code, which has now been fixed. if it's ok please try again
