I just downloaded this model via GPT4ALL but can't use it because it crashes when I try to load the model. Unsure what could be causing the issue or where to even begin diagnosing it.

Here are my specs:

• Win 10
• Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
• 64.0 GB ram
• GPU NVIDIA RTX 3060

Would appreciate any help with this. Thanks!

I switched GPT4ALL to run on CPU and it doesn't crash now. Still doesn't work either because the prompt is infinitely stuck on "processing"
