Have you thought about adding Emilia Dataset for training Vokan V2? It has a non commerical license though, so you probably won't be interested.
Actually yes I was considering it! Like you said, I would like to keep things under the MIT licence, ShoukanLabs wasn't planning on using V2 commercially, but this may impact other users
