Not working
I tried int8 and bf16, removing optimizations, different images, guidance scales and inference steps.
I only generate <8 frames, otherwise it gets hours to generate, could it be the issue?
I get this tiled nonsense all the time regardless of the changes above.
(and this is the first frame)
Why is it so slow? What GPU device are you using?
It's laptop GPU 4060 8GB. It's deliberately slow because of system memory fallback.
I was rather concerned about the output quality.
same issue here. i am running on mbp with mps support. it takes 20 min for 10 frames and i've got the same tiled video output.
I ran into this issue, I believe this was a result of having the wrong clip model.
I was using t5xxl and switched to the google version t5/google_t5-v1_1 (fp16) and im using the jijai/cogvideox-5b-1.5-i2v model for cogvideox model. (was using thudm before)
you can find the google version but install comfyui manager (not installed by default for me).
another thing that may have helped was using the manager I uninstalled and reinstalled the cogvideox wrapper.
