These are resizers for use with Stable Diffusion Automatic1111 GUI. You can download the .pth files separately or you can download the ERSGAN.zip, which contains all the resizers.

Originally these were intended to use with Colab versions, but with Free colab now outlawing Automatic1111 GUI, you can still use it with PRO Tier Colab.
