Congrats on the release :) Since this model is Yi-based, do you know if the Yi license applies?

4) You must clearly attribute the source of the Yi Series Models to the Licensor
and provide a copy of this Agreement to any Third-Party users of the Yi Series
Models and Derivatives.
I'd say yes, any derivative from the Yi-34B model has the yi-license applied to it. So most likely you'd have to both follow the Yi-34B license (and get the commercial license from them if you want to do anything commercial), and follow the apache-2.0 license of this finetune.
Just to note we have modified Smaug to now be under the Yi licence.
