Spaces search functionality

Currently, Spaces search only considers the repo name (as in the space URL) and ignores the title, description and tags. Also, it looks for all the words from the query (logical AND), and that also drops many potentially relevant results. It would be nice to include the title, description and tags to the search index and use some sort of relevance score. Also it would allow for shorter and nicer repo names and URLs without the need to include relevant keywords so users can find it.

Another suggestion is to hide spaces that are in the build/runtime error state (or at least add a filter to hide non-functioning spaces) as they really fill a lot of valuable space in the search result list.

As Spaces section is about sharing and showing models and results, I think it's pretty important to let users search for spaces efficiently and avoid confusion. Thank you for your effort and keep up the great job!
