Using the phrase "CAKES AND PIES" in all caps results in blurred, chaotic images using Flux-dev and Flux-schnell. The phrase "cakes and pies" in lower-case works as expected. So "two dogs eating cakes and pies" generates the expected image, but "two dogs eating CAKES AND PIES" generates garbage. I've tested this with the fp8 and fp16 text encoders, at different resolutions, and with different sampling methods and schedulers.
I discovered this when I tried to produce an image of a protest sign my mother told me about which read "OUR CHILDREN NEED THEIR CAKES AND PIES." It only works in lower case.
I don't know if this information is useful, but at the very least I find it interesting.
