Adding `diffusers` weights of this model

This PR adds fp32 and fp16 weights in safetensors format to cagliostrolab/animagine-xl-3.1
Thank you for submitting the pull request. However, I must decline it because diffuser version for the Animagine XL 3.1 model is intended to complement Safetensors version. Since Safetensor version is fp16, the diffuser version must also be fp16 to avoid confusion among its users.
