Missing architectures field in config.json

Without the architectures param, it is giving an exception when hosting on SageMaker, due to this code https://github.com/aws/sagemaker-huggingface-inference-toolkit/blob/main/src/sagemaker_huggingface_inference_toolkit/transformers_utils.py#L208
