Hi, will you also be adding examples for gene network analysis and how to visualise the networks?
Thank you for your question! Please see the example and documentation for in silico perturbation, which can be used to identify key network regulators. One could consider using this to build a network. For visualization there are many tools, for example NetworkX, that one could consider.
