Is this model better or no?

This model is 7b(can be run on normal computer) and gpt 4 is one trillion parameters(needs hundreds of gpus to run)
So, its not near gpt 4 but it is uncensored and still pretty smart. Just dont expect it to do calculus or generate extremely good code.
