Got stuck on load INSTRUCTOR_Transformer

Hi So I'm using langchain HuggingFaceInstructEmbeddings.
I am doing conversation retrieval and the process got stuck on load INSTRUCTOR_Transformer, max_seq_length 512 and no additional messages, any reasons that causing that? Thanks!
