Thanks for this model! It performs quite well and gives extensive explainations. I wasn't able to test JSL-MedMX-7X (can't make ggufs https://huggingface.co/mradermacher/JSL-MedMX-7X-GGUF/discussions/1) but for some reason JSL-MedLlama-3-8B-v2.0 seems much better here than v9 with XMedbench and similar tests.
