I want to know too. Also the seed, vae, sample type, steps and prompts.
Unfortunately I don't have the model anymore, it was by this Civitai user of I believe Anything with pastelmix. I never really liked the 2.5D look though so I changed all of the previews to a newer model by that user, which does have the generation info attached.
