Is this model open weight or open source

I am using this model as a chatbot with inference client. However, eventually I would want to use this model offline running in my local system, but I just figured out its an open weight model for download and might not produce the same output I get via inference client. Is that true?

The definition of open weight is basically "you can have the weights of the model", open source usually is more general, meaning it also takes into account code and training code.
This model, as open weight, means you can download it and run it as you wish, the outputs should be the same as its the same model!

Hey thank you so much for the response, appreciate it.

I have other queries as well, is there any medium where we could connect like discord or something. I believe HF don't have a messaging function or correct me if I am wrong I am quite new here.
