Hi, realize the original model card didn't mention it (very behind on updating my model cards), but this is my model and is tied to https://tryspellbound.com

Would be highly appreciative of a mention along those lines (Sponsored by/Built by https://tryspellbound.com)

Hi!

Our process is highly automated, so this is not really possible. I also think it wouldn't be correct (these files were neither sponsored nor built by tryspellbound.com).

These files are compressing something I spent time and money to create, it's not unreasonable to ask a reasonable person to mention a source in that case.

But judging by your reply I'm not dealing with reasonable people, so let's leave it at that :)

What do you mean? They have provided the a link to the source model used to create these quantization via direct link and model tree:

They have fully complied with the license set (cc-by-nc-sa-4.0), so I don't understand what the issue is.

The compute used to create these quantizations was not provided by you, so to say that they were sponsored or built by tryspellbound would be disingenuous. The only unreasonable person here seems to be you.

Saying something as simple as "Finetuning of the quantized model was sponsored by Spellbound" would be unreasonable?

Again, I think I've stumbled into an interesting corner of people with their own value system, it's all good!

That's also not the license btw, Llama's community license covers the actual model.

So you freely admit you relicensed the original model without legal permission to do so? Is that your superior value system?

It's not relicensed. And I didn't tell you how to feel about our difference in value systems.

Again, if you have anything better to do I implore you to return to it: I made a simple request, you rejected it, it's ok.

Have a great whatever you celebrate :)

Again, this is a model page for quantizations of the model, not the model page for the original model. To advertise sponsorship by tryspellbound on this page would be disingenuous when @mradermacher has no relation to them, nor was the compute used to quantize it sponsored by them.

You set the licenses of the models that you uploaded, so if you don’t have some form of agreement with the original creators of the derivative works you created, then you shouldn’t be relicensing the models.

This is not “a small group of people” this is the standard way of doing things; nobody has moral or legal obligation to advertise sponsorship of a product that has no relation to them.

Hope your day picks up!

@hf-100 it would be appreciated if you stopped harassing my company, which does not host your data. While spreading (different) lies both here and there. How low can you go?

However, my boss noted, when looking at your page, that your whole page seems full of material you likely didn't license at all. Seems you make your money by stealing other people's work as a professional criminal. You should be glad that I don't have the energy to report you to the respective rightsholders.

It's not relicensed.

The license was taken from your repository, so you published it under a license you were not entitled to. And you gave permission in this very thread.

And I didn't tell you how to feel about our difference in value systems.

No, but it feels you are a pretty execrable as a person. I will not have anything to do with you anymore, this is not a reasonable discourse.
