Add parsed SuperAnimal Quadruped checkpoints

Adds SuperAnimal Quadruped FasterRCNN and HRNet w32 checkpoints. These new checkpoints can replace the existing detector.pt and pose_model.pth snapshots. I believe the hrnet_w32_quadruped80k.pth snapshot can also be removed.
