SD3 for inpainting ?

As far as I understand, the SD-inpainting pipeline uses a variant of the SD1.2 model specially re-trained for inpainting tasks ; will there be new SD-inpainting pipelines based on subsequent SD models, like SDXL or SD3 ? The different research papers I see always mention those inpainting variants (for example, there's an SD3-inpainting Turbo distilled model mentioned in https://arxiv.org/pdf/2403.12015), but I can't get my hand on these models and weights.
Any precision and details will be appreciated !
