Stage 3 models (IF-III-L)

In the IF repo, I see a graph of several different models:

Most correspond to different models that are available here on Hugging Face.
The most intriguing, IF-III-L (700M) is not. Are there plans to release the IF-III-L model? Would be fantastic if that were the goal as the upscaling stage could be performed as a final stage 4 instead, perhaps (where memory allows).
