Runtime error

Hey 👋 ! I am trying to make a customization for a blenderbot model, as well as making a few changes to the model itself, like upping speed. I plan to share this with a community I share code with, and it would be nice to have it run faster than the basic 2 vCPUs, however, I have a budget of 0. This would allow me to have more range of changeability, and faster responses. Thanks!
