Yes, Johann is right, I also see no output on the app tab after adding an image and submitted for generation.
I also tried with text only but still no image 🙃

Okay so if there is interest in this space, maybe what you can do is take the code of this space, and adapt it to make it work with Idefics2 (by changing the processing of the images and the model itself).
Here https://huggingface.co/spaces/HuggingFaceM4/idefics2_playground is a demo that works with Idefics2, so it should be feasible.
I think it stopped working because Idefics1 might not be supported anymore.
For the resulting space, we can give compute to run it if needed, and give credits to the people who adapted the code!
