Remove unnecessary command to start Argilla server

This PR is related with changes that we are doing at https://github.com/argilla-io/argilla-server/pull/102
We don't need to define again the CMD line starting the server because it's already defined on argilla/argilla-quickstart Docker image. Avoiding future problems if we redefine it internally.
