Hello,

I'm excited to present a demo of our research paper, "Recognize Any Regions," available at https://arxiv.org/pdf/2311.01373.pdf. In the dynamic field of computer vision, particularly in open-world object detection, understanding individual image regions poses a significant challenge. Our research introduces a novel approach that utilizes multi-modal foundation models like SAM and CLIP, streamlining the process efficiently.Notably, our model, RegionSpot, employs these foundation models in a frozen state and focuses on enhancing a lightweight, attention-based integration module. This innovative strategy improves performance while optimizing computational efficiency, making it ideal for faster, more resource-effective applications.

To demonstrate the capabilities of our research in a live setting, we are seeking a GPU grant to facilitate a smoother, more efficient demo experience. I am available to address any questions you might have about our research.
