Origin of the country data used in this project

I started by getting a list of countries on Github, from Daina Bouquin, because it seemed relatively completey and contained continents. Then I started to think about secondary data that might be useful for exposing the bias in an algorithm and opted for the World Happiness Report 2021. I added the continents to the countries in that file to ensure I could retain the initial categorization I used.
