Looks like this is what's being used to run the app. https://github.com/hrishioa/wasm-ai
Their demo page has the same style.
The weights for Llama3.2 were probably generated with the MLC LLM library, since that's the underlying WASM inference engine.
@tlux The source code is here. While both use MLC WebLLM it is unrelated.
