if seed is set to 0, set it to something else like -1.

I also unfortunately get 'An error occurred: list index out of range.' And it happens no matter what I do or which character image I upload. And yes, I set the seed to -1, but the same error still occurs. It doesn’t matter which seed I enter, the same error always happens. A few days ago, everything was working without any problems. I suspect that the owner has updated this model (which can be noticed from the design), and some kind of error has likely occurred. I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.
