Running

So i scraped a website and put the data i needed in a text file (i previously tried .csv and .html files) and each time document parser gave an error. The file is 229 kilobytes, it contains cyrillic letters and is 210 000 characters long. Is there something on my end that i can fix for the document parser tool to work?
