Add ‘bio’ to dataset tagging

As more transformer models are applied to biological questions it would be useful to have a bio tag. It would also incentivize users to add these kinds of data.

I'd suggest to just add

tags:
- bio

to your dataset card. This would be consistent with other repo types like models and Spaces
