Build Error (and possible solution)

Hi, I noticed that the application no longer works, showing a Build Error instead of the website. I noticed looking at the public files that it's most likely because of the most recent change to requirements.txt, changing a line to remove the version number. I think reverting this could fix it. Thanks, and I'm excited to see this site again!
