Could you please provide a bit more info about this PR?
How did you encounter this issue? I havent managed to reproduce it on windows or linux on chrome or firefox.
Do you have any related logs?
Could it be that the error comes from gr.Audio's microphone as source which relies on client-side web audio API instead of server-side?

I am open to merge it, just want to make a bit more transparent the why and how.
