Doesn't seem like new models are moving from the pending queue to the running list. Is this intentional?
It's frozen for a week.

Yes, at the moment the HF cluster is very full, with model training and data extraction pipelines taking most of the resources. Since we only run on the spare cycles of the cluster (= when the cluster is free), nothing is being run at the moment. It's been the case for a couple of days, and it's likely to continue a bit this week too.
