Running on A10G

it appears black in my file after I submit and download the depth map

Hi there, I met an issue with the download file, I could not see any thing, but the depth map showed up correctly on website. However, as I downloaded the depth map, it turned out to be whole black. How can I solve this issue? Many thanks!
