I just uploaded my paper to check and it's showing errors but when I run using the GitHub version it shows 'All Clear!'. I'm now confused!

sorry for the late reply, I did not get the notification here on HF.
There is an error with the version hosted here on HF, so the error is not referred to your paper.
While I'm fixing the issue, you can also launch your self-hosted version https://github.com/teelinsan/aclpubcheck-gui
Now is fixed!
