Dear Hugging Face Team,

I am writing to apply for a GPU grant to support my academic project titled "CLIPAway: Harmonizing Focused Embeddings for Removing Objects via Diffusion Models." You can learn more about this project from our project website

As a MS.c. student committed to making a positive impact on the research community, I plan to make this toolbox accessible to everyone. By offering an easy-to-use solution for mask based removal of objects from images, my project will significantly enhance the capabilities of researchers and developers in various fields.

Although the toolbox is functional on CPU-based systems, its performance is significantly hindered by slow processing times due to usage of SD-Inpaint pipeline from diffusers. To unlock its full potential and ensure a seamless user experience, the integration of GPU technology is crucial. With the power of a GPU, the model can perform at optimal efficiency, providing real-time results to users.

Your support through a GPU grant would not only accelerate the development and refinement of the mask based object removal of images but also contribute to the advancement of research in the broader AI community. I eagerly look forward to the possibility of partnering with your organization and appreciate your consideration of my application.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with Hugging Face and bring this project to fruition.

Hi @yigitekin , we've assigned ZeroGPU to this Space. Please check the compatibility and usage sections of this page so your Space can run on ZeroGPU.

Hi @hysts , I have followed the documentation that you have provided (imported spaces and added spaces.GPU decorator) but I am getting the following error:

Error while initializing ZeroGPU: Unknown

Can you help me solve this issue? Or can you give me some reference post about why this error might be occurring?

@yigitekin I think the error is due to some infra issue and I've already reported about it internally. Sorry for the inconvenience.
