switch to huggingface API

In this pr we switch crewai from openai to huggingface apis, example at work (as demonstrated at https://huggingface.co/spaces/not-lain/CrewAI-Gradio-Support-Agent )
updated UI, now users don't have to explicitly pass the token
once the user logs in the UI is enabled
