Same with LM Studio v0.3.12 (Build 1) which is the latest version as of now.
Edit: Another update arrived: 0.3.13 (Build 1) and problem solved.
Runtimes: Vulkan & CUDA v1.19.2, CPU v1.19.0

You need a newer runtime @codex0x , you can update it without updating lm studio by clicking Ctrl + shift + R
